CSR – a door back to work

Mentor Helle Larsen explains:

"In cooperation with Gribskov Community we have a mutual project called ”the company in the company”.

The project makes it possible for unemployed with difficulties to get a chance to get back in a normal job.

We have 4 candidates at a time and they work in our production for 3 months. We are very happy with this project. The candidates are a real resource for us and at the same time the increase their chance of getting a steady job after the jobtraining at Linimatic."
