In order to give you the benefits of a kanban agreement we need you to guarantee to take a certain minimum number of parts within as example 6 months. You deliver the forecasts for your future needs within agreed intervals, and we plan our production accordingly. Finally a kanban agreement can open for deliveries on a daily basis, should you request this.
